1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Your access to and use of protrapper.co.uk ("the Website") is subject exclusively to these Terms and Conditions. You will not use the Website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions. By using the Website you are fully accepting the terms, conditions and disclaimers contained in this notice. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions you must immediately stop using the Website.

change these Terms and Conditions at any time, and your continued use of the Website following any changes shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change.

The Website may include links to third party website's that are controlled and maintained by others. Any link to other website's is not an endorsement of such website's and you acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for the content or availability of any such sites.

5. ORDERING INFOMATION

You can order a range of our products from our web site products pages.

Our shopping cart system allows you to browse through our product range and select items you wish to purchase. These items are stored in your shopping cart which you can access at any time by clicking the "Cart" button. You can alter quantities of any item in your shopping cart at any time or remove items.

Payment is taken by Paypal

Once you selected the items you wish to purchase you will be directed to a secure server. All of the pages in our checkout are located on an SSL encrypted server for your security. This server encrypts all the information passing to your browser and makes it almost impossible for any third party to read your personal details. When you are in an area of the site located on the secure server you will notice a small padlock symbol at the bottom of your browser.

If you have any problems with using our web site please contact us, we also accept orders by telephone and post.

6. PAYMENT

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling and are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise specified.

All prices are exclusive of postage and packing, unless otherwise stated. You can pay using most major credit and debit cards including: Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Visa Delta, JCB. or your Paypal account. You do not need an account to purchase items.

7. DELIVERY

All delivery prices are calculated on the weight of the items in your shopping cart and are quoted for UK mainland only, as you add items to your shopping cart the delivery price is automatically calculated and can be viewed on the checkout page at any time. The total price shown on the checkout page includes VAT and delivery for the UK mainland.

For overseas orders we will contact you with a quotation prior to despatch.

We always aim to despatch items on the day after your order, however due to the current volume of orders we aim to deliver within 3 days. If we are unable to deliver your goods within 30 day of your order we will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date, or offer a full refund.

8. CLAIMS

When you receive goods from Pro Trapper you shall inspect the goods within a reasonable time after their receipt and you shall notify Pro Trapper if the goods are rejected.

9. GENERAL

All goods sold by Pro Trapper shall remain their property until fully paid for by the purchaser, notwithstanding that the risk in the goods has passed to the purchaser and notwithstanding that the buyer may not have possession of the goods.

We reserve the right to alter the materials or design of any piece of equipment without prior notice.

10. INVOICING

A full receipt will be sent with your order.

11. LAW

These terms and conditions are governed and shall be interpreted in accordance with UK law.

11. PRODUCT RETURNS

When you receive goods ordered from Pro Trapper, you have a statutory right that allows you to cancel the order up to seven working days starting from the day AFTER the goods were delivered. Please note 7 working days do not include public holidays or weekends.

We will refund the price paid as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days from notification that you wish to cancel the order. This notification must be in writing, and will not be accepted in the form of a telephone call only. We will ONLY refund the cost of the goods..

YOU must return the goods to Pro Trapper. If you do not freely return the goods, at your cost, to Pro Trapper then we may have to deduct any reasonable costs we incur in recovering the goods from you. This will be deducted from your refund.

If you, the consumer, wishes to return goods, you will return them at your own cost, we will only refund the return carriage if the goods are faulty or are incorrect.

Where products supplied are damaged, incorrect or faulty we will either replace the item or issue a full refund within 30 days of notice. We may request goods to be returned for inspection prior to agreeing to any refund at your cost. If goods are confirmed to be faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied we will refund any carriage costs incurred in returning the goods.
